Syllabub
Ingredients Serves 2
150 ml, 1/4 pint double-cream
1 small tsp lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon finely grated lemon rind
1 tsp sugar
3 tbs sherry
chopped almonds
How to ?
Whip the cream until quite thick.
Add the other indregients slowly and whip until thick again.
Serve in small glasses, sprinkled with chopped nuts.
